Job Summary

The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization at NetApp is seeking a highly motivated and business-focused Analyst to build and support enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Semantic Models, data products, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across Operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analytics, data management, Power BI, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms. A good understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Manufacturing operations, including key business processes and KPIs, is a significant advantage.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models and reports 
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis. 
  • Build and support data pipelines and integrations across enterprise platforms. 
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, and analytics use cases. 
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions. 
  • Document business processes, data flows, and technical specifications. 
  • Stay current with emerging trends in Analytics, Data Engineering, Generative AI, and Cloud Technologies. 

Technical Skills 

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI development, dashboard design, and semantic modelling (PL-300 certification preferred). 
  • Strong SQL, Python and data analysis skills with experience in Snowflake, Oracle, or cloud data platforms. 
  • Experience with Data Engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, and data integration concepts. 
  • Hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Automate, and workflow automation. 
  • Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) tools and enterprise AI platforms. 
  • Experience building or supporting AI Agents (Agentic AI), conversational analytics, or intelligent automation solutions. 
  • Understanding of Machine Learning (ML) models, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision intelligence use cases. 
  • Knowledge of APIs, VBA, Office Scripts, or other automation technologies is desirable. 
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management concepts. 

 

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience required.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
