As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will engage with global corporate clients to shape technology strategies that drive business value and success in complex mergers and acquisitions. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work with global PwC teams and client stakeholders to address complex business and technology challenges across the deal lifecycle. The role blends strategic analysis, technology insight, and execution support to enable successful M&A outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration, contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives within PwC.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the development and execution of M&A technology strategies for integrations, separations, and divestitures
- Conducting technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify value creation opportunities
- Advising on integration and divestiture planning to align technology strategies with business priorities
- Designing future-state technology models and architectures to support business objectives
- Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings and cost analysis
- Recommending enterprise architecture solutions based on industry-leading practices
- Driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology, processes, and data
- Coaching associates to deliver impactful deliverables and enhance team performance
- Engaging in business development opportunities to expand client relationships
- Contributing to thought leadership initiatives within the firm to promote strategic insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
