Join us and let's write our next chapter together.What you will be doing:Analyze, design, develop, and synthesize Air Network planning solutions in conjunction with relevant supporting teams and aligned with executive direction both on short and mid-term.Evaluate air network capacity requirements to support volume evolutionDevelop or enhance engineering tools, models and new reports from various databases to analyze flows and air network performanceEstablish and maintain communication with hub & gateways engineering teams to assess network changes and optimize the current and future air network and flowsProvide network analytics for (and lead) projects regarding current and future European or intercontinental air networkWork with Marketing and Finance peers to reach holistic business recommendationsLead and drive corporate wide initiatives that either support revenue, cost reduction, improve profitability, increase service reliability and/or optimize transit time.Planning, preparing and implementing short, medium and long term plans which are aligned with stakeholders in Marketing, Finance and Operations.Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environmentConduct program evaluations and lessons learned sessions, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actionsStay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in program management practicesUse data to validate facts and conduct in-depth data validation to structurally identify root cause and propose well aligned effective and sustainable suggestions for solution.What do you bring with you:University Engineering degreeExcellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)Analytical thinker with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solvingGood interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levelsProficient use of Office applications: Word, Excel & PowerPoint Data querying and automation through SQL, Python or other programming languages, or eagerness to learn.What do we offer:• Attractive compensation package• Training to get you started and on-the-job learning opportunities• Extensive learning resources to further develop your skills and knowledge• Tuition Assistance Program (*applicable for FedEx positions with a permanent contract)• Employee Assistance Program for you and your family in difficult life situations• Employee reduced-rate shipping• Great career opportunities• FedEx is one of the worlds most admired companies and trusted brands year after...
