Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal System Engineer (T03/T04 levels) supporting the Sentinel Test Network, specifically the Launch Execution Network (LEN) within the System Test Team. This position is located in Roy, Utah (or Vandenberg AFB, CA) and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do: Support the development and deployment of the Sentinel Test Network to support flight testing at Vandenberg Space Force Base. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: * System architecture and requirements development * Assist in engineering network solutions for new & existing systems * System performance assessment, requirements analysis, verification and validation, design, development, and integration * Create technical reports and present metric reports * Interface with internal and external customers Basic Qualifications This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Engineer (T-03 level) or Sr Principal Engineer (T-04 level). Required for Both Levels: * Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs * Experience with Systems Engineering Principles or understanding of the Systems Engineering V * Understanding of functional requirement development, requirements analysis, functional analysis, trades, and architecture definition ### Principal Systems Engineer (T-03 level): * Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with a minimum 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a Master’s; or 1 years with a PhD * 2 years of experience with DOORS or CAMEO ### Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (T-04 level): * Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with a minimum 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a Master’s; or 4 years with a PhD * 4 years of experience with DOORS or CAMEO Preferred Qualification * Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar * ICBM Experience * Experience soliciting input from...
