Lirio is a technology/software company that provides expertise in a variety of behavioral science domains (e.g., behavioral economics, social psychology, public health), data science, and machine learning to drive consumer engagement, close gaps in preventive and chronic care, and promote health and well-being across an individual’s lifespan. Lirio’s behavior change AI platform unites behavioral science with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver Precision Nudging health interventions. Precision Nudging is the application of behavioral science to health interventions personalized by AI to each individual that overcome barriers to action at the right time and place for scalable, behavior change.
This is a remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
To ensure an excellent onboarding experience and integration into the company, new colleagues will spend their first week onsite at one of our offices in Tennessee. Travel expenses will be paid. This is a requirement.
Position Summary
The Product Manager, Client Delivery leads enterprise client programs on the Lirio platform from concept through launch and adoption to measurable results. This role owns the client delivery roadmap and its execution, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams across AI/ML, Analytics, Behavioral Science, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to translate client needs into scalable, reusable capabilities. With a bias for action, clear communication, and strong outcome orientation, this person keeps programs moving against committed timelines while balancing client value, business goals, product fit, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Product Definition - 40%
- Define and own the roadmap for client-driven product capabilities, balancing committed client outcomes, product priorities, and reusable growth.
- Decide what to build and what to defer: run continuous discovery with clients and cross-functional partners to validate the problem, demand, and value.
- Use data, market research, and client signals to prioritize across competing ideas, weighing effort against business and user impact, surfacing opportunities and risks, and backing recommendations with clear success metrics.
- Translate priorities into a clear, actionable backlog with well-defined requirements, ensuring teams understand what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured.
- Grow self-service by turning repeatable operational needs into configurable product features, reducing reliance on manual delivery over time.
Delivery & Execution - 30%
- Lead the full product delivery cycle across teams, from concept through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain the artifacts that drive work, from business intent and use cases through wireframes, prototypes, workflows, epics, and user stories.
- Steer work through Lirio's AI Development Lifecycle, driving the product review at each gate to keep solutions on scope, on track, and tied to customer value.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management - 15%
- Serve as the product point of contact for client delivery counterparts, driving alignment on plans, timelines, and expectations.
- Support enterprise growth by partnering with the commercial team to identify client problems Lirio's product can solve and surface expansion opportunities.
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks transparently to internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - 15%
- Partner with product, behavioral science, AI/ML, engineering, and operations to assess product fit and feasibility for client solutions.
- Collaborate across the Lirio Factory to align resources, resolve dependencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes on committed timelines.
- Surface recurring needs across clients and share insights with other product managers to inform broader roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, and translating insights into clear product direction
- Experience leading enterprise product launches, implementations, or client-facing delivery initiatives
- Skilled at managing client and stakeholder expectations, including negotiating tough trade-offs while maintaining alignment
- Strong communicator who distills complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and senior executives
- Comfortable using data and metrics to validate assumptions and demonstrate business value
- Innovative, structured problem-solver who turns ambiguity into clear direction.
- Skilled at using AI-assisted tools and data-informed insights to strengthen requirements, accelerate decisions, identify risks, and improve product outcomes.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements strongly preferred.
Preferred:
- Healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or AI-assisted workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
