As a Security Officer Visitor Credentialing in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor security-related activity, and provide outstanding customer service. - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Answer phones, direct inquiries, coordinate with building management and/or emergency responders, and provide professional lobby coverage in a high-traffic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
