Your Responsibilities:
The IT Enterprise Training Lead is accountable for establishing and leading a scalable, high-quality training capability across all IT programs and projects, ensuring consistent training standards, delivery discipline, and measurable adoption outcomes across the IT portfolio.
This role will immediately lead the training workstream for ESPHORA, a multi-year, multi-release SAP S/4HANA transformation, operating at global scale and coordinating training delivery across releases, regions, and stakeholder groups.
In this role, the Training Lead owns the enterprise training approach (governance, methods, tools, metrics, and delivery model) and ensures training outputs are aligned with business process design, program timelines, and deployment readiness—both for ESPHORA and as a repeatable model for future IT initiatives.
Training Strategy & Planning

- Prioritize training scope and sequencing based on business criticality and program readiness.
Program Integration, Delivery & Quality Oversight
- Integrate the training workstream into the overall program plan, aligning with PMO milestones, release schedules, and deployment activities.
- Establish and drive structured training plans, including dependencies across content development, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), End User Training (EUT), and deployment readiness.
- Define reporting expectations, monitor progress, and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
- Ensure training outputs are aligned with upstream inputs (process design, role mapping, system readiness).
- Oversee training content and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes and program priorities.
- Ensure content updates and rework are controlled and aligned with program timelines.
Stakeholder Alignment & Issue Resolution
- Partner with global program stakeholders, including Global Process Owners, IT Leads, Deployment Leads, PMO, and functional, regional, and local leaders, to ensure alignment of training scope and delivery.
- Oversee business approval of learning needs assessment / curricula / training content. Drive trainer selection and all training related communications.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders; identify and close gaps where alignment is incomplete or conflicting.
- Manage and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting training delivery, with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate across Learning Management System (LMS) administration, training coordination, and content development activities to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Localization & Global Deployment
- Define training localization approach and oversee translation and localization across regions and languages.
- Ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and consistent across global and local contexts.
- Oversee readiness and execution of global training deployment, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT).
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
