Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities: PM role will be primarily focused on managing the site workplace wellness and inclusion initiatives.PM role will also be required to maintain and expand community partnerships and represent Eurofins at external events. Ability and willingness to travel and work weekend events occasionally will be an expectation.  (<10% of time)Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently are essential skills. Hybrid schedule is an option, weekly presence on-site is a requirement.Coordinate data gathering and content for the business line annual sustainability reportEnhance the sustainability report to include data that is being requested by clients or in order to comply with current industry expectationsWork with department management to publish articles in company/client newsletters to communicate sustainable initiatives Provide education for clients/employees related to sustainable business practices and ESG initiativesHelp to support Sustainability program initiativesCommunicate and provide support to external contacts for existing programs related to the sustainability programCoordinate projects with Facilities and EHS management to reduce waste and energy consumption and recognize cost savings – may include grant writing when applicableIndependently research and present new project ideas related to sustainable initiatives including ROI data for Executive ManagementAssist with training new employees in the Sustainability departmentSupport expansion of program at other Eurofins BPT sites Develop tools to track company cost savings specific to sustainable initiatives for Executive ManagementPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science, public health, communications with coursework/focus/concentration in sustainabilityAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.Excellent full-time benefits including:Comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidays Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is...
