We are seeking a Senior Manager – Business Platinum Product Management to help drive the continued growth of the Business Platinum Card by developing acquisition-focused strategies and delivering differentiated partner benefits that enhance the Card Member experience. This individual will work closely with Acquisition Marketing, Customer Marketing, the U.S. Small & Medium Enterprise (US SME) team, and Strategic Business Services (SBS) Partnerships to bring new embedded partner benefits to market while optimizing an existing portfolio of premium benefits.

- Partner with Acquisition Marketing, Customer Marketing, and the US SME team to identify opportunities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and Business Platinum growth.
- Lead the end-to-end development and launch of new embedded partner benefits, serving as the primary cross-functional lead across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- Partner with the SBS Partnerships team to manage and optimize the marketing of the existing portfolio of partner benefits, ensuring they continue to deliver customer value and support Business Platinum acquisition objectives.
- Develop strategic recommendations using customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
- Monitor partner benefit performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Champion the voice of the customer by ensuring benefit experiences are intuitive, differentiated, and aligned with the evolving needs of Business Platinum Card Members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to deliver innovative travel and business benefits.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the premium business card competitive landscape and evaluate how Business Platinum delivers value relative to competitors.
- Ensure Mirror form factor inventory levels remain healthy and that associated budgets are secured and incorporated into forecasting processes.
- Drive operational excellence through thoughtful benefit design, ongoing performance monitoring, and close partnership with Product Operations and Control Management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first, solutions-oriented strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
- General manager mindset with financial acumen and marketing knowledge.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
