Role Summary
As an IT Administrator at Templafy, you will help maintain the technology foundation of a global SaaS company that develops AI-powered document generation and business content solutions. You will support the systems, tools, devices, and workflows that enable our teams to work productively and securely.
This is a hands-on IT operations role. In collaboration with colleagues across IT and Security, you will help improve IT operations through clear processes, effective self-service, and streamlined workflows using low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted tools.
What You’ll Bring
You are an early-career IT professional who enjoys solving practical problems, supporting people, and keeping systems running well.
You are curious about how modern SaaS companies operate and excited by the chance to work close to AI, automation, security and business-critical systems. You have a builder’s mindset. You do not need to be an expert in every tool, but you should be eager to learn, comfortable with change and motivated by the idea of making IT faster, simpler and more scalable. If you enjoy combining hands-on IT support with automation, SaaS administration and continuous improvement, you will do well here.
Key Responsibilities
Systems and platform administration: Administer corporate SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Adobe. Manage configurations, policies, and user settings, and support joiner, mover, and leaver processes across relevant platforms.
Licensing, vendors, and assets: Manage Microsoft 365 and other SaaS licences, including assignments, renewals, and cost tracking. Support vendor management and procurement for IT services and hardware, and maintain accurate asset records.
Infrastructure and endpoints: Provision, configure, ship, and decommission devices. Support MDM and BYOD environments and maintain corporate network infrastructure, including switches and Wi-Fi.
On-site and multi-office support: Provide on-site IT support in Copenhagen and travel to the New York office approximately once per quarter.
IT support: Resolve requests involving access, devices, applications, and networking. Monitor service health and triage or escalate security-related issues to the Corporate Security Engineer when appropriate.
Automation and process improvement: Collaborate with the IT & Security Governance Lead to build and test AI-assisted and low-code/no-code solutions using tools such as Power Automate and n8n.
Knowledge management and self-service: Maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base content. Contribute to the development and adoption of self-service tools and IT support agents.
Integrations and APIs: Support the development of system-to-system integrations using REST APIs and webhooks, helping connect SaaS platforms, improve data flows, and reduce manual work.
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, IT operations, or a comparable environment. This may include professional, educational, internship, or other practical experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, such as Entra ID user management, Exchange Online, Teams, or SharePoint.
Familiarity with endpoint management tools and concepts, such as Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues involving browsers, application configuration, account access, hardware, and connectivity.
An organised and process-focused approach to work.
Clear written communication skills for documentation, support tickets, and user-facing guidance.
Ability to manage assigned work independently, collaborate effectively, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Ability to provide on-site support in Copenhagen and travel to New York approximately four times per year.

The following are helpful but not required. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every item.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent knowledge gained through practical experience.
Experience using Python to interact with APIs or Bash or PowerShell for endpoint administration.
