• 1. 市场卓越运营与战略落地

• 根据公司战略及业务目标，制定并推动Marketing Excellence年度发展规划；
• 建立标准化市场运营体系，提升市场项目管理、资源配置及执行效率；
• 推动市场活动与业务目标深度结合，持续提升市场投入产出效果。

• 2. 品牌建设与市场传播管理

• 统筹品牌传播及市场沟通策略，确保品牌形象及价值主张的一致性；
• 推动整合营销传播项目落地，提升品牌认知度及客户影响力；
• 优化线上线下传播体系，提升客户触达效率及市场声量。

• 3. 市场项目与客户互动平台管理

• 领导数字营销、协会合作及KOL项目管理团队，推动重点市场项目实施；
• 建设数字化客户互动体系，提升客户参与度及营销效率；
• 推动行业协会、学术组织及专家合作平台建设，强化学术影响力。

• 4. 全国区域市场管理

• 领导全国区域市场团队，推动总部市场战略在各区域有效落地；
• 统筹区域市场资源配置及运营管理，支持区域业务增长；
• 推动区域市场标准化建设及最佳实践复制，提升整体组织效能。

• 5. 跨部门协同与业务支持

• 作为市场团队核心合作伙伴，与销售、产品市场及应用团队协同推进重点业务目标；
• 支持战略客户项目及重点市场机会开发，促进市场价值转化；
• 建立总部与区域市场的高效协同机制，提升组织执行力。

• 6. 团队发展与组织能力建设

• 负责Marketing Excellence团队整体组织管理及人才发展；
• 建立绩效管理及能力提升机制，打造高绩效团队文化；
• 持续推动市场数字化、流程优化及能力建设项目。

基本资格

• 具备品牌营销、市场传播、学术推广、数字营销及市场运营管理经验；
• 具有全国区域市场管理经验，熟悉区域市场运营模式及销售协同机制；
• 具备大型市场项目、学术活动及KOL生态建设经验；
• 丰富的团队管理经验，具备管理多个职能团队或全国性团队的经验；
• 熟悉医疗器械行业市场环境、医院客户体系及临床学术推广模式；
• 超声、医疗器械、医学影像、相关医疗健康行业市场营销经验者优先。
