Team Overview
Our team designs and develops solutions that strengthen secure, reliable communication across telecommunication networks. Our platforms are integrated into the ecosystem and technical infrastructure of mobile operators across Europe where our services process and analyze voice calls and messages to improve security and customer engagement for millions of end consumers. In addition, our team provides fully managed Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to multiple carriers.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to build and sustain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
Conduct first-touch discovery calls to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
Own and administer the Sales CRM
Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline reporting and ensure forecast accuracy
Partner with the Technical Project Manager / Product Manager to maintain alignment on feature requests, product roadmap, and delivery timelines
Support coordination of RFP/RFI responses across technical and commercial teams
Prepare briefing materials and account summaries ahead of client meetings
Maintain a competitive tracker covering pricing, positioning, and new market entrants
Monitor technology and regulatory developments affecting the TelCo industry (e.g., anti-fraud mandates, number verification standards)
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Track record years of experience in a sales support, business development, sales operations, or CRM administration role (TelCo/tech sector a plus, not required)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) — data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
Fluent in English; Other languages are a plus
Interest in mobile communications, fraud prevention, or enterprise TelCo services is a plus
The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4,611.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
