Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP FICO Manager with 9+ years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations, with SAP PS experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should combine deep functional expertise with strong client-facing, solutioning, and leadership capabilities, and be able to lead end-to-end SAP transformation initiatives from requirements and solution design through implementation and delivery.
The candidate should also demonstrate an understanding of how Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent enterprise capabilities can be applied to Finance transformation and SAP-enabled business processes. High-Tech industry experience will have additional weightage. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to help clients achieve growth, operational efficiency, and transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of the High-Tech team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP FICO & PS landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on time
Effective presentation and communication skills
Serve as an SAP FICO & PS functional leader and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives
Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings
Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations
Oversee ERP integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required
Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows within SAP Finance and enterprise transformation programs.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to define AI-enabled use cases across Finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Project Accounting, and financial planning.
Must have skills: Strong expertise in SAP FICO on SAP transformation engagements
Mandatory: Advanced level of English
Availability to travel may be required.
Strongly preferred: SAP FICO integration with PS
Experience: 9+ years of SAP FICO experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including implementation in PS
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. SAP certifications in FICO and/or S/4HANA are highly valued. MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO. Strong understanding of PS concepts and principles.
Advise clients on the SAP PS & FICO processes based on leading industry practices
Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, procurement and operations team, to ensure seamless execution.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and submodules like General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and controlling submodules like Profit center accounting, cost center accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product costing.
Also, Strong knowledge of SAP PS functionalities like project structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and closing.
Key responsibilities include project planning, cost and revenue management, resource allocation, and integration with other SAP modules.
Design solutions to implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, Costing, and Settlements.
Additionally, knowledge of Project structuring, Execution, monitoring & controlling, integration and reporting is required.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless solution deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to ensure holistic solution delivery.
Provide training and support for business users.
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
Understanding Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise Finance and ERP transformation.
Ability to identify and shape practical AI-enabled use cases within SAP FICO and adjacent business processes.
