Because we develop and manufacture our complex hardware products in-house, you’ll work directly on the shop floor alongside assembly and technical teams, driving root-cause analysis and turning quality data into actionable improvements.WHAT YOU’LL DOMonitor production quality and failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize rework and scrapConduct process audits, incoming inspections, and ensure strict compliance with technical specifications and customer requirementsHandle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and customer complaints, defining preventive actions to avoid recurrenceManage QA/QC documentation and track key production KPIs using statistical data, photos, and measurement protocolsCoordinate QC team activities and conduct quality-related training for production employeesCollaborate closely with assembly, technical, and engineering teams to ensure continuous process and product improvementsWHAT WE EXPECTTechnical background (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree / high school diploma)2+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality control within a technical/manufacturing environmentPractical experience with basic QMS tools and familiarity with Quality Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindsetExcellent organizational and communication skills with a strong team-player attitudeAdvanced proficiency in standard PC tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, ERP systems)Confident working proficiency in English (both written and spoken)NICE TO HAVERelevant quality certifications (e.g., Internal Auditor, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar)WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HEREOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
