Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Consumer Product Manager plays a key role in advancing Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by designing, delivering, and optimizing consumer‑facing digital products that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital products that enable seamless, personalized, and data‑driven consumer experiences across channels and markets.
Operating within a product‑centric digital model, this role partners with cross‑functional teams including marketing, consumer experience, data, and technology to translate business needs and consumer insights into scalable digital solutions. The Senior Manager ensures that digital products are aligned with enterprise strategy and are continuously improved based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving market needs.
This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, product management expertise, and executional rigor. The position directly contributes to Coca‑Cola’s digital growth engine by ensuring digital products deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance consumer connections at scale.
What You will do for us
Define and execute product strategies for consumer‑facing digital products aligned to enterprise digital transformation priorities
Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate consumer insights and business requirements into product features and roadmaps
Embed data, analytics, and artificial intelligence into product design to enable personalization, optimization, and performance tracking
Drive adoption of a product‑centric operating model, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous value creation
Establish and monitor product performance metrics to measure impact on engagement, growth, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing product solutions
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, user needs, and enterprise strategy alignment
Enable seamless integration of digital products across platforms and touchpoints to deliver cohesive consumer journeys
Lead experimentation and test‑and‑learn initiatives to continuously improve product performance and user experience
Drive stakeholder alignment and effective communication across business, product, and technology teams
Stay current on emerging technologies and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
6+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles in a digital environment
Proven experience managing consumer‑facing digital products and delivering measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile or product‑centric delivery methodologies
Experience leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
Familiarity with digital platforms, customer data systems, and integration of front‑end and back‑end technologies
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
Experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs based on data‑driven insights
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Continuous learning mindset with an interest in digital innovation and emerging technology trends
