As a Workday Time Tracking and Absence- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Workday applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency. You will be part of a team that specializes in consulting services for a variety of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Your work will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday software solutions effectively
- Providing comprehensive training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Workday solutions
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client service engagements
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and anticipate needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Leveraging a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions
- Interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations for client projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
- Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Projects
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Developing training materials for technology implementation
