This role involves driving full lifecycle implementations across SAP B4HANA, BW PCE, and PaPM environments while working closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, high-performing analytics platforms within a cloud-enabled ecosystem. ## What you’ll do Lead SAP B4HANA / BW PCE / PaPM analytics initiatives from concept through to support and maintenanceDrive full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercareManage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communicationCollaborate with business users, technical teams, basis, security, and integration teamsDesign and optimise SAP BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, transformations, and reporting layersWork within BW Private Cloud Edition (BW PCE) and cloud-based data environmentsDevelop and implement SAP PaPM models for profitability analysis, allocations, and business performance reportingIntegrate PaPM outputs with BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and enterprise systemsConduct workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussionsProvide architectural recommendations, analytics roadmaps, and process improvement insightsEnsure governance through documentation, testing discipline, and quality standardsSupport testing cycles, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisationDrive performance optimisation, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency improvements ## Who you are 10–15 years of experience in SAP Analytics with multiple full lifecycle implementationsStrong hands-on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA SQL, AMDP, and data modellingProven experience in SAP PaPM business processes, analytics, and financial modellingUnderstanding of BW PCE and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) landscapeExposure to SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferredExperience with S/4HANA embedded analytics, CDS views, and OData servicesKnowledge of cloud platforms, preferably SAP BTPAbility to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutionsStrong stakeholder engagement and consulting skillsExcellent communication, documentation, and presentation capabilitiesExperience in telecom and finance processes is desirableAbility to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and drive outcomes independently ## Not a perfect fit?
