Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 6+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 9+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management) OR equivalent experience. 5+ years people management experience. Experience influencing senior executives and leading through ambiguity in fast-paced, continually evolving environments. Experience partnering with technical, product, engineering, or AI-focused organizations. Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing HR teams.
