As a member of the Enterprise recruiting team at U.S. Bank, the Talent Sourcing Manager will lead a team of Talent Sourcers and develop, implement, and drive talent acquisition strategies that align with current and future business needs. The Talent Sourcing Manager and team are responsible for identifying candidates using a variety of sources and techniques, while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates and serving as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking. Ensures successful business outcomes are met by developing partnerships and enabling their team to implement talent sourcing strategies, maximize recruitment technologies, and deliver high-quality candidates. A desire and ability to deliver differentiated and dynamic solutions by translating organizational talent objectives into sourcing strategies is a key success factor of this position.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of sourcing or recruiting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes including research, sourcing, and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Expert market intelligence and business line function knowledge, with an understanding of how supported roles connect to the business line and the organization as a whole
Experience developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies
Proven track record of leading through organizational transformation and change
Experience providing work direction, coaching, and guidance to direct reports, other HR professionals, and administrative staff
Effective project management skills
Strong marketing and recruitment networking skills
Mastery in behavioral-based interviewing, with the ability to thoroughly assess experience and skills against role objectives and organizational fit while identifying talent for long-term opportunities
Effective presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Managerial experience preferred
The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
