We own the end-to-end ideation, scoping, design, build, and release of these applications. We are building the most essential pieces of software that exist within our customers' businesses, and we are building to serve the world's largest and most complex enterprises at scale. What we ship must deliver immediate impact to our customers and internal implementation team, and allow us to massively expand our addressable market.We are hiring a Product Lead to own each of our three product lines: Core (OMS, IMS, P2P, Master Data)Physical (WMS, MRP, MES, Demand Planning, Freight)Financial (Fin/Acc Bridge, HRIS/HCM, EPM)Each of these product lines will contain the resources to drive end-to-end product management: design, build, and delivery. You will create the applications that thousands of customer instances configure against, partner with our architects on the system design, sequence the roadmap, enforce release readiness, and own the relationship with the implementation team that puts your product in front of customers.The bar is high. We are looking for someone who has shipped real product surfaces and/or led product teams in the operations / ERP / finance / supply chain world and is ready to do it again.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn the end-to-end product surface for your pod - discovery, PRDs, system design partnership, release readiness, and adoption.Lead the people within your pod through the entire design and delivery process, and collectively own the post-delivery output metrics.Run customer discovery directly and through the Implementation Team. Translate messy, conflicting, multi-customer input into generalized capabilities that work for the Nth customer, not just the first.Write tight, opinionated PRDs that your engineers and architects can build against. Ship docs that hold up under technical pushback and don't need rewriting two months later.Partner daily with the Applications Architects on system design, schemas, workflows, and integrations. Co-design the product and the architecture. Hold the product line under technical pressure; update cleanly when a real constraint changes the right answer.Sequence the application roadmap. Cut hard.
