Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements through activities that are driven towards delivering results, conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes, support project leads, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building
Competency Overview:
- Enterprise & Functional Strategy
- The Functions Strategy team works with clients across industries supporting engagements -
- Developing enterprise & functional strategy (operating model, supply chain, manufacturing & service operations) in partnership with C-suite executives
- Conducting operational due diligence to assess process and technology landscapes and create POVs
- Advising clients on transformation—operating model redesign, network optimization, S&OP/planning, logistics, inventory, sourcing & procurement
- Developing futurestate strategies for Operationsdriven digital transformation (analytics, automation, GenAI)
- Diagnostic & design
- Clean/merge datasets; build models/benchmarks; capture as-is; draft to-be options and business cases
- Execution & quality
- Coordinate tasks and timelines; maintain trackers/status/RAID; prepare client-ready pages and exhibits; adhere to PwC quality and compliance standards
- Client teaming & growth
- Align outputs with US engagement teams; support workshops and stakeholder alignment; contribute to proposals and re-usable collateral (templates, frameworks, GenAI/automation aides)
- Core responsibilities of Senior Associate would entail (but not limited to)
- As part of the team, you'll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Structure analyses, synthesize insights, and create executive-ready materials
- Map current-state processes/operating models; identify constraints and value opportunities
- Support future-state design of processes, roles, KPIs, and enabling technology; quantify benefits and costs
- Facilitate/assist client interviews and working sessions; capture decisions, risks, and actions
- Maintain high-quality PMO hygiene (plans, RAID, status) and contribute to methodology assets
- Collaborate across Mexico–India–US teams; iterate quickly on feedback and ensure consistent ways of working
Knowledge Preferred:
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate foundational knowledge in one or more areas of technology, along with strong analytical skills to effectively understand and address client needs:

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering, economics, business, or related); MBA a plus
- 4–7 years total experience; 2–5 years in operations/supply chain/transformation preferred
- Proficiency with Excel/Slides; familiarity with data querying/visualization or BI tools is advantageous
