As a valued member of the ORTEC Germany team, you will engage closely with clients to thoroughly understand their daily business processes, operational challenges, and needs. Working collaboratively with fellow consultants, solution architects, and project managers, you will devise and implement strategies to address client-specific challenges using ORTEC’s advanced optimization software. Every client presents unique complexities, so you will tailor your approach to each project, with durations ranging from three months to over a year. Furthermore, you will be in regular client engagements to drive continuous improvement.
Your goal is to implement our solutions in a way that delivers tangible impact and ensures high customer satisfaction—contributing directly to the ongoing growth and success of ORTEC in Germany.
You will support a wide range of clients across industries such as retail, logistics, catering, healthcare, cleaning services, government, security, and leisure. You will have a focus on the German Healthcare sector, but you will also have opportunities to work with renowned global organizations.
Who you are
Your Responsibilities
- Work within project teams to guide clients from the design phase through to successful go-live
- Participate in client meetings to analyze planning processes and collect requirements
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders to gain comprehensive insight into client needs
- Advise customers, leveraging best practices and your own expertise to support informed decision-making
- Implement and configure ORTEC applications and modules across various tasks, aligned with your interests and capabilities
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to help customers optimize their planning processes
- Discussions of market requirements and trends to develop our solution further and adapt out go-to-market strategy
Your Profile
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle high complexity
- Excellent communicator, motivated by client engagement and delivering value
- Creative and enthusiastic, eager to share ideas and contribute to solutions
- Passionate about IT and the transformational value it brings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, mathematics, or a related scientific field
- Alternative a degree in healthcare in the area of healthcare with experience in project work, process analysis and/or IT-applications
- Effective team player, capable of collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds in an international setting
- Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
