In this role, you will overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration duties of the property’s food and beverage operations and directly support the Director of Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-directed professional who thrives in an autonomous role and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. This individual is a proactive, resourceful communicator who confidently collaborates with managers and senior leaders, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail with menus, pricing, contracts, and guest-facing materials, and is proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel), with experience in Canva and InDesign preferred. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative, creative, operational, and project management responsibilities while remaining polished, adaptable, discreet, and proactive in anticipating departmental needs. . Prior hotel or restaurant experience is strongly preferred, as a solid understanding of hospitality operations will be essential to success.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support department initiatives: Coordinate projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams
  • Facilitate cohesive communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
  • Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to support department operations
  • Assist with personnel activities: Support department leaders in new hire onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests #LI-JP2
