Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Support Specialist in our Pakistan office to manage patient consent tracking, coordinate with healthcare facilities, and support patients directly through outreach calls. This role is critical to ensuring our services are properly authorized, our facility partners are supported, and our patients feel comfortable and informed throughout the consent process.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients to explain our services and obtain consent.
- Build positive relationships with healthcare facilities and provide ongoing support. • Track and update patient consent records accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records and report on progress using internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable making outbound calls to patients, including elderly individuals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple corporate groups/accounts simultaneously
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools (Google Sheets/Monday)
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable working in the USA time zone and on-site. This job post is for a night shift
