AlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support our employees’ work-life integration.
As our Middle East business grows, we're looking for an experienced People professional to join our Riyadh office in a unique hybrid role spanning two specialist functions across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
What you’ll do
The People Operations function ensures the seamless delivery of employee lifecycle activities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including onboarding and offboarding, employment administration, payroll coordination, immigration, labour law compliance and employee experience.
This role combines People Operations - the seamless delivery of the employee lifecycle across Saudi Arabia and the UAE (onboarding/offboarding, employment administration, payroll, immigration, labour law compliance and employee experience) - with Strategic Resource Management (SRM) - the timely staffing of client engagements through effective coordination, deployment and insight generation, working closely with the EMEA SRM team.
You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, the wider SRM and People Operations teams, and local stakeholders including Partners and PMDs. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden beyond traditional People Operations. Prior SRM experience is advantageous but not essential; we're looking for a strong People Operations professional with recent Saudi experience and deep expertise in Saudi labour law, immigration and employee lifecycle processes, keen to develop SRM capability.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and administer benefits (medical insurance, leave, DEWS, End of Service Benefits)
- Monitor Saudi Labour Law and DIFC Employment Law compliance, maintaining accurate People systems and data
- Coordinate background screening, vendors and invoicing, and identify process and technology improvements
- Maintain People systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve People processes, systems and employee experience through continuous improvement and technology
Strategic Resource Management
- Coordinate consultant availability, project assignments and resource requests across the Middle East
- Match consultants to engagements based on skills, availability, development goals and business priorities
- Track staffing changes, roll-offs and upcoming requirements to ensure engagement continuity
- Maintain accurate availability and utilisation data, preparing capacity and availability reporting for Resource Managers and leadership
- Support staffing discussions with Practice Leaders and PMDs, and act as a key point of contact for SRM queries
- Support the testing and continuous improvement of SRM tools and processes, flagging resource risks and conflicts with supporting data
