This position involves working at designated construction sites across the U.S., performing a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finish work. Candidates must be willing to travel and remain onsite for the duration of each project.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, drywall, doors, windows, trim, and casework installationRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete assigned tasks accuratelyMeasure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirementsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standardsCollaborate with others to ensure high-quality work and timely project completionWork onsite for the full duration of assigned projectsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of carpentry experience in commercial or industrial constructionWillingness to travel and stay at project sites for extended periodsStrong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materialsAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyOSHA-30 certification requiredAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditionsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
