Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-cap corporate clients (especially China+1 clients), providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to support their business growth and success
• Proactively identify and understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and 
  develop tailored strategies to address them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support units, to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular 
  communication and exceptional service
• Actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring 
  adherence to risk management policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and 
  initiatives to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing a client portfolio
• Proficient in financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
