Oracle ERP Principal Consultant - Consulting

As an Oracle ERP Principal Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand complex business needs, design practical solutions, and deliver successful Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will operate independently on key workstreams while collaborating with project leaders, technical specialists, and customer stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials using Oracle methodology and leading practices.
• Advise customers on process improvement, solution options, risks, and implementation decisions.
• Own functional deliverables across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Resolve complex functional issues and support integrated solutions across ERP modules.
• Present recommendations clearly to Finance leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to estimates, solution reviews, proposals, and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
• Support team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning.
   

What You’ll Bring

• Strong consulting and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience delivering one or more end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence customer decisions.
• Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel when required.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
