About the Job You're Considering

Seeking a PMO Support Analyst to support the Scorpio PMO with project administration, invoice development, cost tracking, financial analysis, reporting, presentation development, and coordination of small projects or workstreams. The role will assist PMO and delivery leadership by maintaining project documentation, preparing PowerPoint presentations, supporting invoice inputs, analyzing cost and resource data, tracking actions, and helping ensure project and governance materials are accurate and timely.

This role is designed for a developing project management professional with strong organization, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project / MPP skills. Scorpio program scope includes transformation, cloud / data center modernization, infrastructure services, workplace services, service management, security / compliance, monitoring, automation, and operational readiness activities.

Your Role

  • Support the Scorpio PMO with project coordination, reporting, tracking, and administrative activities.
  • Assist with invoice development, including collecting inputs, validating supporting details, organizing invoice backup, and coordinating with delivery / finance stakeholders.
  • Perform cost analysis and basic financial tracking, including review of forecast, actuals, resource charges, project spend, and variance explanations.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for PMO, governance meetings, leadership reviews, customer updates, and internal status discussions.
  • Manage small projects or defined workstreams under the direction of the PMO Lead, Project Manager, or Delivery Leadership.
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs, RAID logs, milestone reports, deliverable lists, and status updates.
  • Support governance meeting facilitation by preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with project schedule updates using Microsoft Project / MPP, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or other designated tools.
  • Coordinate across technical teams, tower leads, finance, PMO, vendors, and customer stakeholders to gather updates and validate project information.
  • Support operational readiness, transition documentation, governance reporting, and project handoff activities.
  • Ensure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and stored in the appropriate Teams / SharePoint locations.

Your Skills And Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, junior project management, financial operations support, or IT delivery support.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, cost analysis, pivot tables, basic formulas, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting invoice preparation, cost tracking, budget reporting, resource tracking, or financial analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project / MPP or willingness to manage project schedules under direction; prior Scorpio staffing notes identified MPP experience as relevant for PM support.
  • Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to track multiple workstreams, deadlines, action items, and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing managed services environment.
  • General understanding of IT project delivery, IT operations, or ITIL / ITSM concepts preferred.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting PMO functions on IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, workplace, security, service management, or transformation programs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, or similar reporting / tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, resource units, financial forecasting, or monthly billing cycles.
  • Exposure to transition, transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
  • CAPM, PMP coursework, Agile, Scrum, ITIL Foundation, or other project management training preferred but not required.
  • Experience in regulated, government, defense, manufacturing, or compliance-sensitive environments preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $42,784 - $97,940.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
