This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced event environment. The Banquet Bartender ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service practices, maintains a clean and organized work area, and contributes to the successful execution of all events. This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. The hospitality operation features a diverse portfolio of dining experiences, including a multi-concept café, a modern luxury restaurant, a licensed Starbucks location, and a robust special events catering program. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food, service, and hospitality within one of the nation's premier cultural destinations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to event specifications and company standards.Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests during events.Set up and break down banquet bars, including stocking products, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.Verify guest age and monitor alcohol consumption in accordance with applicable laws and responsible beverage service guidelines.Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions when applicable.Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas throughout events.Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors and barbacks.Assist with inventory control and product accountability procedures.Work closely with banquet captains, servers, culinary staff, and event leadership to ensure seamless event execution.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.Assist with post-event cleanup and closing procedures. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, convention centers, stadiums, arenas, or banquet operations preferred.Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.Excellent guest service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems when required.Alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain it upon hire.Food handler certification...
