We are looking for a proactive and motivated Intern to join our Training & Personnel Certification team. The successful candidate will support both commercial and operational activities, contributing to the delivery and development of training and personnel certification services.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, working closely with sales, operations, trainers, certification experts, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and commercial opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training courses and personnel certification activities.
  • Perform administrative and back-office tasks related to training and certification services.
  • Manage and update customer information and records within company systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.

Strong interest in training, certification, customer service, and business operations.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
