Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in product analysis, business analysis, financial technology or digital assets
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and emerging financial market infrastructure
  • Experience translating business requirements into product capabilities, technical requirements and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams
  • Experience supporting product roadmap execution, capability scaling and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to translate complex analytical, market and business considerations into scalable capabilities and strategic initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of structured and unstructured data across on-chain and off-chain sources
  • Experience developing or supporting solution development on permissioned and permissionless distributed ledger platforms, including tokenized asset ecosystems, smart contract platforms, decentralized finance protocols, blockchain oracles, data integration patterns, node infrastructure and related integration architectures.
  • Product management experience and knowledge of smart contract development, with Solidity, DAML, Rust or Canton Network architecture certifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency and support responsible and ethical AI use

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business, technology, engineering, data analytics or a related field

Responsibilities

Support digital asset product capabilities that strengthen market readiness and credit-relevant insights

  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance Moody’s Ratings’ ability to engage with evolving digital financial markets and market infrastructure
  • Translate business priorities and market developments into actionable plans that support capability expansion and organizational readiness
  • Partner with analytical, technology, risk and operational stakeholders to advance product strategy and business preparedness
  • Support the development and execution of product and capability roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
  • Support solution design and product delivery by developing an understanding of end-to-end platform architectures, integration patterns, data flows and technology capabilities across external ecosystems and Moody's internal systems.
  • Develop process flows, requirements artifacts and rapid prototypes to communicate product concepts, evaluate solution options and support roadmap delivery.
  • Define data requirements, integration approaches and data delivery patterns that support product capabilities, analytical workflows and ratings-related use cases
  • Evaluate emerging platform developments, industry use cases and technology standards to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Assess digital asset infrastructure patterns, interoperability frameworks and ecosystem technologies to support solution alignment
  • Improve accessibility, usability and consistency of digital asset and related market data through collaboration with analytical, technology and data teams
  • Communicate market developments, business considerations and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Our Digital Economy team within Moody’s Ratings supports the firm’s strategy for innovative technologies including digital assets, tokenization, decentralized finance, stablecoins, on-chain infrastructure and data-driven innovation. The team works across analytical, technology, risk oversight, and operational functions to develop scalable capabilities that help Moody’s Ratings understand, assess, ingest and deliver credit-relevant insights in digital financial markets. By joining the team, you will contribute to work at the intersection of product strategy, digital assets, data and emerging technologies, while supporting responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to strengthen workflows, decision-making and business readiness.
