Job Purpose
This role offers a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in category strategy, customer insights, and commercial planning while influencing decisions that shape the future of Personal Care in Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret high volumes of Personal Care insights and market data.
Build compelling Trade Stories for customers and key launches Innovations.
Partner with global teams to design long-term category strategies and bring them to life in local execution.
Integrate multiple data sources (internal & external) into one coherent, strategic insight narrative.
Translate insights into clear action plans to support customer development and brand growth.
Requirements
Strong analytical capability and the ability to see beyond the numbers.
Experience in Modern Trade customer engagement (GT exposure is a plus).
A solid understanding of how channels work and how customers make decisions.
Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into one actionable insight framework.
Strong communication skills in translating insights into persuasive trade stories.
Passion for long term strategic thinking and evidence based decision-making.
