Single PositionView All JobsSEA4 Tax ManagerMakati City,PH-00,PhilippinesApply NowAdd to cartFind out how well you match with this jobUpload your resumeJob descriptionReq ID25821BrandEstée Lauder CompaniesJob FunctionFinanceJob Sub-FunctionAccounting and ReportingAssignment CategoryFulltime-RegularDescription Role : SEA4 Tax ManagerKey Roles and Responsibility : Lead SEA4 tax governance and risk management, ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulationsOversee tax compliance and reporting across SEA4 (CIT, VAT, WHT), ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage tax audits and authority engagement, driving consistent strategy and reducing exposureProvide tax advisory to business and finance teams, especially on cross-border and operational mattersMonitor regulatory changes and translate into clear guidance for internal stakeholdersCoordinate with external advisors and shared service to ensure effective delivery modelDrive process standardization and improve tax control and documentation practices Qualifications Work Experience: University Degree in Finance/Accounting/TaxMinimum of 10 years working experience in finance, with minimum 5 years experience in tax (having exposure of multiple tax area will be prefferable). Big 4 consulting firm experience is strongly preferred. Preferably CPA/ACCA/CAHands⁃on experience in SAPStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong leadership skillsAttributes:Ability to operate well in a fast moving and ambiguous environment.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to navigate complex and ambiguous tax environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities across markets and deadlinesStrong project management capabilityKeen and able to collaborate and communicate cross functionally with sales, marketing, demand planning and supply chain.Insights from previous hiresPreviously worked as1.
