Healthcare Solutions Product Consultant
Responsible for leading the development of new conceptual designs to meet market and segment needs including cost benefit analysis, marketing plans and testing/piloting, as appropriate, the concepts. Manages the process from an idea through conceptual design. This role leads the development of innovative health insurance product concepts and designs that address market needs and drive business performance. The successful candidate will synthesize complex market, technical, and business requirements into compelling conceptual designs—from initial ideation through documentation and stakeholder alignment.
What You Will Be Doing
Health Insurance Support
Lead and provide expertise on complex, technical projects from concept through analysis and design Manage relationships and work successfully across technology and business stakeholders, including peer level through executive level.
Rapidly learn current processes and constraints to develop vision and design of optimal business processes
Data-driven analysis and prioritization of complex tradeoffs
Achieve radical, measurable performance improvements
Ability to understand client perspectives, as well as work effectively with client-facing organizations to drive to the solution / conceptual design that all can support
Exceptionally strong analytic capabilities and the ability to use data to ‘hone in’ and determine the highest-value projects to pursue
Expertise and comfort in document creation, and communication of required process changes
Knowledge of different process design methodologies and their practical application.
Develops / delivers conceptual design documentation
Cross Functional Coordination/Collaboration
Develops in-depth knowledge and continuously refreshes awareness of health product segment designs, market needs and emerging trends.
Supports the conceptual design of complex tools, systems, processes, programs, etc. that will directly impact business and product decisions and objectives.
Lead or support major design initiatives targeting new product, network, care and payment models.
Develop and maintain cross functional business partner relationships to support the development of successful / optimal conceptual designs
Product Knowledge Development
Leads, supports or participates in the execution / change management of conceptual design communications for internal and external audiences.
Identifies gaps and opportunities to leverage current Product Management knowledge to support increasing enterprise knowledge of the Product process to support compliance and customer loyalty.
What We Require
6+ years related work experience in health insurance and/or health product development work
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Proven success in product ideation, design and development or related health insurance design work.
Exceptional communication competencies, including executive influence and presentations skills Strong process/CI knowledge and experience
Change leadership skills, including ability to influence constituency and collaboration cross functionally for effective business outcomes Understanding of Health Care industry, including Federal & State laws related to health products
General Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
This position may require occasional travel to support business operations, including in office meeting, collaboration, events, and other work related activities.

Typical Annualized Offer/Hiring Range: $100,400 - $125,500
Annualized Salary Range: $100,400 - $163,200
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
