Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Provide technical support to automotive customers during evaluation, integration, and development of Automotive Ethernet solutions. * Perform hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and issue replication on customer platforms and evaluation kits. * Track, analyze, and drive resolution of customer technical issues * Develop and deliver customer training, application workshops, and trade show demonstrations. * Create customer-facing technical documentation, including integration guides, application notes, API documentation, and training materials. * Partner with Product Management, Design Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure product capabilities align with customer requirements and market needs. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. * At least 3 years of professional experience as an Application Engineer, Systems Engineer in automotive or ethernet applications. With hands-on experience in debugging. * Skills in C, Python programming, scripting, schematics review, PCB layout review * Understanding of SerDes protocols and interfaces like: xxBASE-T1, I2C, MDC/MDIO, QSPI * Knowledge of Ethernet PHYs, Switches and Bridges products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
