Job Summary
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of asset management and maintenance solutions across enterprise clients. The successful candidate will bring deep functional expertise in SAP PM/EAM, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP maintenance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP PM/EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as the functional lead for maintenance and asset management processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, and predictive maintenance).
- Configure and optimize core PM/EAM areas: technical objects (functional locations, equipment), maintenance planning, work order management, notifications, and maintenance execution.
- Drive integration with related SAP modules (MM, PP, PS, FI/CO) and asset-intensive business processes.
- Advise clients on asset management best practices, process improvements, and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (EAM) adoption.
- Provide technical and functional leadership, mentorship, and quality oversight to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP functional delivery, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PM/EAM.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP PM/EAM implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of maintenance processes and configuration (technical objects, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications).
- Experience with cross-module integration (MM, PP, PS, FI/CO).
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering complex SAP projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (EAM).
- Exposure to mobile asset management, predictive maintenance, or SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
- Relevant SAP certifications in PM/EAM or S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Industry experience in asset-intensive sectors (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, mining).
