Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Quality Improvement professional to join HITACHI ENERGY HEFEI TRANSFORMER CO., LTD. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality standards for our transformer products, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and implement quality improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 8D, and other relevant quality tools.
* Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and pinpoint root causes of quality deviations, defects, and inefficiencies.
* Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate quality-by-design principles into new product development and existing product enhancements.
* Conduct process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skill sets among manufacturing personnel.
* Manage and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
* Report on key quality metrics and progress of improvement initiatives to management.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant field).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality improvement role, preferably within the electrical equipment or transformer industry.
* Proven expertise in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing quality challenges.
* Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Minitab, Microsoft Office Suite).
