Job Description
As a Security Officer Driver Entry Management in Chillicothe, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing visitors and contractors, issuing access credentials, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-area access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Document daily activities, access-control transactions, incidents, and unusual conditions in clear, timely reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
