Role Summary:</strong></p><p>The Analyst - GMP Warehouse &amp; Inventory is responsible for managing GMP warehouse operations, inventory control, material receipt, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Immuneel's Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures uninterrupted material availability for manufacturing while maintaining inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Manage GMP warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and dispense of raw materials, consumables, media, reagents, and other GMP materials.</li><li>Manage the movement of drug product to logistics team for shipment.</li><li>Ensure all warehouse activities are performed in compliance with GMP, GDP, and Immuneel's Quality Management System (QMS).</li><li>Perform material receipt verification against purchase orders, delivery documents, and quality release status before storage or issuance.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy through timely system transactions, inventory reconciliation, and regular cycle counts.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control to ensure uninterrupted material availability.</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, segregation, FEFO/FIFO practices, and material status labeling.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate warehouse documentation, including goods receipt records, inventory logs, material issue records, stock reconciliation, and destruction records.</li><li>Coordinate material movement between warehouse, manufacturing, quality control laboratories, and external service providers while ensuring full traceability.</li><li>Support warehouse qualification, validation activities, equipment monitoring, calibration coordination, and environmental monitoring as applicable.</li><li>Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, change controls, and internal/external audits related to warehouse and inventory operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and support documentation during customer, regulatory, and quality audits.</li><li>Perform periodic inventory reconciliation, expiry monitoring, slow-moving inventory analysis, and stock disposal activities in accordance with approved procedures.</li><li>Support SAP/ERP inventory transactions and maintain accurate electronic inventory records.</li><li>Be available to support 24x7 manufacturing operations and material requirements as needed.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Primary Objectives:</strong></p><ol><li>Ensure uninterrupted availability of GMP materials to support manufacturing and laboratory operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and achieve high inventory accuracy through effective warehouse controls.</li><li>Ensure all warehouse operations comply with GMP, GDP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain complete material traceability and documentation throughout the material lifecycle.</li><li>Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, inventory management practices, and compliance standards.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>7. Competencies Required:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Competencies:</strong></li></ul><ol><li>Strong knowledge of GMP warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling practices.</li><li>Understanding of GMP, GDP, ALCOA+, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cell therapy manufacturing.</li><li>Experience with SAP or ERP-based inventory management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse environmental controls, FEFO/FIFO inventory practices, and inventory reconciliation processes.</li><li>Familiarity with deviation management, CAPA, change control, and audit requirements.</li><li>Understanding of warehouse qualification, calibration coordination, and material traceability requirements.</li></ol><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Soft Skills: </strong></li></ul><ol><li>Communication: Strong interpersonal and documentation skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic GMP manufacturing environment with changing operational priorities.</li><li>Action-Driven: Demonstrates ownership and timely execution of warehouse and inventory activities.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy in inventory transactions, documentation, and material traceability.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>8. Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Advanced science or business degree.</li><li>2-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.</li><li>Strong experience in cold chain logistics and international shipping processes.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP.</li><li>Military background (Non-Commissioned Officers) with logistics experience will be considered.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>9. Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Role Type:</strong> Full Time and Onsite</li><li><strong>Work Hours:</strong> 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis).
