Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute corporate strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives within assigned business functions, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve specific objectives. • Supervise and mentor teams within the business functions, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to overall corporate goals. • Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making and manage financial performance within the assigned areas. • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements within the relevant business functions, aiming for cost savings and enhanced productivity. • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with departmental and corporate objectives. • Lead and support change initiatives within the business functions, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement. • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role • Proven experience in corporate leadership and business management • Proficiencies in strategic planning, team management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement • Must be a continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA) • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Leader (CBL), or relevant work experience in leadership roles are a plus
