What you will be doing:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring fresh, high-quality food and beverage options are available for guests.
- Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service while working independently.
- Build positive relationships with guests and confidently answer questions regarding menu items, services, and hotel offerings.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by anticipating needs and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing and closing down the breakfast station, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes.
- Demonstrate good judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support daily operations.

Position Requirements
- Availability to work mornings and weekends is required.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest needs and requests professionally.
- Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests and team members.
