As a Process Integration Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Intel's semiconductor process technologies within the Logic Technology Development (LTD) group. Your day-to-day involves designing, optimizing, and implementing integrated process solutions that drive Intel's next-generation technology. By leveraging your expertise in process integration, yield analysis, and data-driven problem solving, you will contribute directly to the seamless transition of emerging technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring Intel remains at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
LTD Semiconductor Senior Process Integration Development Engineers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to:
Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures.
Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
Participate in the development of intellectual property.
Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) field of study.
2+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
Semiconductor processing
Semiconductor fabrication
Nanotechnology.
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Design of Experiments (DOE)
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Computational Data Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology
• Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices.
• Experience leading projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $155,520.00-219,550.00 USD
