As our new

Talent Attraction and Social Media Specialist

, you’ll work across the entire Talent Acquisition team to define campaign-led attraction strategies in partnership with TA Partners and Hiring Managers. You’ll bring fresh ideas to life, creating and delivering innovative campaigns that attract the right candidates to the right roles at the right time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and managing Jet2’s talent attraction and recruitment social media channels.
  • Planning and delivering end-to-end attraction campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Creating engaging content across copy, imagery, and video that brings our employer brand and culture to life.
  • Managing and publishing both organic and paid content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, while exploring new and emerging channels.
  • Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Brand teams to ensure attraction activity aligns with hiring needs.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve attraction and conversion rates.

What You’ll Have

  • Proven experience in social media, digital content, employer branding, or campaign-led attraction.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • A creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach to performance and optimisation.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is desirable, but not essential.
