Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Senior Manager to join our HR Strategy & Analytics Team within the People Team. This role will focus on leveraging AI to re-engineer HR processes, identify new ways of working, and drive organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process engineering, a deep understanding of AI, and the ability to utilize AI as a tool to optimize ways of working.

  • Lead the integration of AI technologies into HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct process engineering to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in HR workflows.

  • Utilize AI tools to analyze data and identify trends that inform HR strategy and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-based solutions for HR challenges.

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the People Team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of experience with a Master's Degree.

  • Proven experience in process engineering and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience with AI tools and platforms such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation through technology.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Prior experience in consulting, particularly in process optimization or technology-driven solutions, is highly desirable.

  • Experience in HR strategy and analytics is highly desirable.
