Your primary objective is to be successful in gaining + retaining customers by offering Vertical leading solutions for Anchor Project in Latin America.

You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

  • To take the lead in major customer tender proposals, driving compelling logistics concepts.
  • To manage others in the development of successful customer solutions, also for Basic Projects in the countries when needed.
  • To drive innovation, introducing + implementing new concepts + technology while building on existing best practices.
  • To present solutions to the customer as key part of the tendering process.
  • To be the business partner for Latin America and Countries teams when addressing solution queries from customers, as well as challenging the status quo + customers in a constructive way where needed.
  • To manage partnerships with key vendors in the continent to optimize costing + lead-times.
  • To support the development of others in terms of skills + knowledge levels, assuring high standards of compliance. 
  • This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong influence and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and countries, without direct people management responsibilities.

 

How you create impact

  • Leading customer Anchor tender response projects to define best-in-class solution options for the customer.
  • Include expert knowledge of technology and equipment into the proposal.
  • As a solution expert, be a key partner to the customer.
  • Ability to lead customers through complex workshops identifying key challenge in the customer's supply chain and how they can be addressed with proposed solutions.
  • Drive value proposition of the solution offering and formulate new innovative models.
  • Lead other junior engineers during the tender process. Lead customer response from a customer solutions perspective and be the main contact for the customer of the design.
  • Lead complex implementations and optimization projects of Anchor project relating the design.
  • Mentor junior engineers to achieve their promotion goals.
  • Actively use and drive knowledge of changes/trends within the market that will impact logistics services.
  • Reviews the work of others to take accountability of delivered solutions.
  • Define best practices in the area(s) of expertise.
  • Formulate future needs and requirements for the engineering team to continue to drive best-in-class solutions for the customer.
  • Train others and trainers on engineering and market know-how. Lead a team of LATAM Design engineers

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Customer Solutions roles.
  • Proven experience in logistics solution design, process optimization, and automation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and transportation flows.
  • Experience leading automation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-centric logistics solutions and support commercial growth.
  • Experience managing regional or multi-country projects across Latin America.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience building business cases, ROI calculations, and investment proposals.Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred.
  • Availability to travel across Latin America.
