How Will You Make an Impact?:
Your role will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse by accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality will help improve operational efficiency and ensure customer requirements are met.
A Day in the Life:
- Warehouse & Equipment Operations: Receive, store, pick, pack, and move materials using warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material handling machinery, while following all safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Cold Chain & Environmental Conditions: Work across a range of warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled storage areas and cold rooms/freezers with temperatures as low as -40°C, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Safety & Quality: Complete daily warehouse activities accurately and efficiently, including inventory transactions, stock checks, and equipment inspections, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) to support reliable operations.
Education: (EMEA)
High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Warehouse experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Awareness of health, safety, and quality requirements, including safe manual handling and PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of a system based warehouse management system (SAP) inventory control and the importance of accurate stock handling and documentation.
Skills
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment (training/certification provided where required).
- Good attention to detail to accurately pick, pack, label, and record inventory movements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and support daily operational priorities.
Abilities
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in temperature-controlled areas as low as -40°C using appropriate PPE.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines consistently.
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity, quality, and accuracy.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the shift in accordance with safe manual handling practices.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (where trained and authorised) and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in a range of environmental conditions, including temperature-controlled warehouses and cold storage/freezer environments with temperatures as low as -40°C, while following established safety procedures.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse environment supporting the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of products, with regular interaction with warehouse equipment, vehicles, and automated systems.
- Routine exposure to warehouse hazards, including moving machinery, forklift traffic, noise, and varying temperatures, requiring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Work may involve rotating shifts, overtime, weekend work, or public holiday coverage to meet operational and customer requirements.
