If you thrive under pressure, stay sharp behind the wheel, and enjoy being part of groundbreaking innovation, we want to hear from you!💲 Pay$25.00 per hour📍 LocationDallas, TX (Onsite)📅 Employment DetailsFull-Time (30+ hours per week)12-Month ContractOpportunity End Date: July 27, 2026Potential for Extension🕒 Available ShiftsAM Shift6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPM Shift4:30 PM – 1:00 AM📆 Available Work SchedulesChoose the schedule that works best for you:Monday – FridayTuesday – SaturdayWednesday – SundayThursday – MondayFriday – TuesdaySaturday – WednesdaySunday – Thursday🚦 What You'll DoAs an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Driver, you'll help advance the future of transportation by safely operating autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.Your responsibilities include:Safely operate autonomous vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks before every shift.Monitor vehicle performance and remain prepared to safely intervene when necessary.Collect valuable data during testing operations.Submit detailed reports documenting vehicle performance and testing observations.Work closely with engineers and operations teams by providing clear feedback.Maintain constant awareness of surrounding traffic, pedestrians, cyclists, and road conditions.Stay alert, focused, and distraction-free during every drive.Help improve the performance and safety of next-generation autonomous vehicles.✅ Minimum QualificationsWe're looking for candidates who have:Valid U.S. Driver's License held continuously for at least 3 yearsClean driving recordNo DUI, drug-related, or alcohol-related driving offenses within the past 5 yearsExcellent driving habits and defensive driving skillsStrong understanding of local traffic lawsExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to remain calm and focused during unexpected situationsComfortable working outdoors and driving in various weather conditionsHigh level of professionalism, responsibility, and accountabilityAbility to use tablets, smartphones, and basic computer applications🚗 Ideal ExperiencePrevious experience in any of the following is highly preferred:Autonomous Vehicle OperatorAutonomous Vehicle Safety DriverDriving InstructorMotorsports DriverFleet DriverCommercial DriverMilitary Vehicle OperatorEmergency Vehicle OperatorTransportation SafetyProfessional ChauffeurDelivery or Logistics DrivingVehicle Testing or Validation🌟 Preferred QualificationsBonus points if you have:Previous autonomous vehicle experienceKnowledge of vehicle technology or control systemsDefensive Driving CertificationSafe Driving CertificationTechnical or engineering-related experienceExperience providing written reports and documentation🎁 BenefitsEligible employees receive:Employer-Subsidized HealthcareFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Pre-Tax Commuter BenefitsEmployer-Paid Short-Term DisabilityEmployer-Paid Long-Term...
