Sr. SAP GTM and Sales Specialist, Public Sector

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of AWS's SAP business in EMEA. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SAP workloads, including with Partners and with SAP, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for SAP customers.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for SAP workloads in EMEA with SAP teams internal to AWS, SAP and Partners.
Collaborate with field teams including Sales specialist, Partner sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and other Specialists to drive SAP workload (migration, Data and GenAI)
Drive co-sell with SAP for SAP RISE on AWS, SAP BTP, SAP SaaS products
Leverage deep SAP expertise to understand critical customer challenges and enable account-aligned teams to solve them.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets/accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within the SAP domain directly with customers , with partners, and AWS field sales teams.
Set and achieve long-term growth goals for UK and Germany Public Sector, meeting or exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to global teams to inform product development and service improvements.
Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key SAP executives and partners in the region.
Work closely with AWS product teams to ensure services meet SAP customers' needs.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
About the team
The SAP on AWS Worldwide Public Sector team works with strategic customers, SAP, and Partners to position AWS as the Cloud Solution Provider of choice for SAP RISE and SAP workloads. We engage deeply with SAP Leadership and AWS Partners to build trust that customers can run mission-critical SAP workloads on AWS. We have done this throughout our 17-year partnership with SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience
- Experience in modeling complex business scenarios
- You know how to manage SAP stakeholders,what works and what does not. You know the best practices and how to build trust.

Basic qualifications
- Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience
- Experience in modeling complex business scenarios
