About the team
Within our Delivering Deal Value team, you will work at the heart of high-impact mergers, acquisitions and transformations. Our team supports corporate clients and private equity investors in unlocking value across the full deal lifecycle, from pre-deal strategy to post-deal execution.

What your day will look like
As an M&A Consultant, you will take ownership in challenging and high-visibility projects, contributing to both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery:

- Perform operational due diligence to identify opportunities and risks. Quantify value creation initiatives by connecting operational insights with value drivers
- Define and implement target operating models, governance structures and value tracking frameworks
- Post-deal, structure and drive value creation initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Tax) to deliver end-to-end deal support
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and act as a proactive and reliable point of contact
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, business development and continuous improvement initiatives
What we expect from you
We are looking for a motivated and purpose-driven professional who combines analytical strength with interpersonal impact:
- You bring relevant experience in M&A, consulting or project management, ideally in integrations, carve-outs or transformation projects
- You demonstrate ownership and accountability, taking initiative and driving workstreams independently while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- You think analytically and strategically, with the ability to translate complex operational topics into clear financial and business insights
- You are confident in stakeholder management, building strong relationships and influencing diverse audiences
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, delivering impactful presentations and structured recommendations
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing resilience, adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset

- You hold a Master’s degree with a strong academic track record
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
